Simple and straight-forward
How to book a course
First thing to remember – follow these 7 simple steps to schedule your PRINCE2 course in your area and when you want it.
That’s right, you can schedule a PRINCE2 course in your area. Precisely.
Your end objective, of course, would be to obtain Practitioner certification from Peoplecert, the PRINCE2 certification authority. Now, let’s see what is PRINCE2 certification and how beneficial it is.
To achieve certification, you’ll need to complete PRINCE2 courses – Foundation, followed by Practitoner or combined. By all means, choose the path that best fits your requirement. As PRINCE2 cost is significant, it makes sense to study course programmes to see how they fit your requirement.
Besides, PRINCE2 exams are difficult. There is also a difference between Foundation and Practitioner exams. While one requires a good grasp of key principles, themes and processes, the other is based around solving business scenarios.
As a consequence PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner study material is also quite different in the degree of intellectual complexity.
In summary, if you are uncertain about whether PRINCE2 meets your rerquirement, test the water by taking the Foundation Stretch course. If you like what you get, follow through at a leisurely pace with a Practitioner Stretch course at some later date. If, on the other hand, you prefer to jump right in at the deep end, choose our DoubleDip course that will get you to your destination in five (gruelling) days.
As a next step, pre-register at page bottom or on our homepage. The only information we need from you at this stage is your:
- Choice of course;
- Valid e-mail address;
- Postcode or geographical name of the location at which you would like to attend a course;
- Distance you are willing to travel to the course venue.
Now, what benefit do you get from pre-registering?
Specifically, the information you provide will allow us to see when a group of prospective delegates emerges that are interested in attending a PRINCE2 course in a compact geographical area or at a given location. Thereupon, AS SOON AS WE´VE GOT FIVE CANDIDATES, we will contact you with a proposal of the training venue, date and price.
Take control of scheduling a PRINCE2 course in your area. Talk to your friends or colleagues and help to build a group quickly.
As an illustration, are you going on a vacation? On a whim, team up with folks at your resort, spend a few days in pool-side training and surprise colleagues at the office with your suntan and a freshly minted certificate.
Likewise, are you planning to attend a business convention or other professional gathering? Talk to your fellow delegates, assemble a group and attend an essential PRINCE2 course in the same area/location immediately before or after the event dates.
Or may be you are getting ready for your organisation’s annual retreat? Suggest to event planners that a PRINCE2 course in the margins might add substance to the programme and produce a business benefit on top of that.
Once we agree course details with you, we´ll announce the course on our homepage and open it for registration. Check-in for a public course will close 10 days before its scheduled start date.
What´s the reason for this cut-off deadline?
Important to realize, you´ll be doing quite a bit of reading ahead of the course. To help you get all set, we´ll e-mail a pre-course reading file to you and follow it up by sending the PRINCE2® manual by courier mail. The latter will take some time to reach you. A few things do not happen at a fingers’ click (yet).
But here is the kicker:
Your registration will become valid only after we receive your payment.
As a consequence, we recommend making the payment immediately after completing the check-in. For one thing, groups are limited in size and we confirm participation on the first paid-first served basis. Moreover, we´ll send you pre-course materials only after receiving your payment. To ensure the best outcome of your must-complete PM training it is a good idea to get enough time to read pre-course materials before it starts.
